I did get some Famous Covers boots and gloves to fit on Doc's new Bulky Hulky Samson body without cutting of any extremities like toes and fingers. I think the Vision/Cyclops boots and gloves would work good for Thanos. Took some hot water soaking and some water inside to do it. If you soak it after it's on you can get the boot to form fit like the one on the right. The thumb on the open hand is tough but I did get it into the slot. Not too bad if you don't want to sew boots for the oversized hands and feet.
