Great read! I can accept that the Hulk has a edge on Thor in the strength department but only after he becomes angry enough to surpass him. I reject the idea that the Hulk can just throw Thor around and beat him silly, I think that's just marvel pimping the more popular character. Losing is one thing and holding your own is someting else.

You can see the influence already in the movie, plus the pacing of the fight in the comic was absolutely fantastic.

It was also funny to see Thor fighting the Destroyer in the movie and it was taking right of the Michael Straczynsk issue.
