Mayweather is the big favorite of course...but Ortiz is a live opponent...ten years younger...plus he's physically very strong.

My mind says Mayweather...but you know...Ortiz is my boy...so my heart says Ortiz...lol.

My friend just invited me over to watch this fight. Will be a good one. Its so tough to get past that Mayweather style defense, so i'm saying Mayweather by decison. Yet Ortiz is no Shane Mosley or Dela hoya ( both were past their prime ) when they gave mayweather trouble. Ortiz is also a southpaw which seems to bother Floyd. And Ortiz is a hi energy young tough kid. Ortiz has a chance but like most said Mayweather is likely going to take this.

I just hope this makes the Pacioau fight happen already. For the fans and money they both should take the exact drug test and make the fight happen before they are aged.

Ortiz was apologizing to Floyd for a headbutt. They were both hugging as a gesture of good faith when before Ortiz finished hugging Floyd. Floyd decked him with a two shot combo to the face and knocked Ortiz out.

Larry Merchant was furious...he went at it with Mayweather...and told him...

"I wish I was 50 years younger I would kick your ***!"

Otriz didn't need to resort to that intentional headbutt (he was losing but still in the fight)...but what Mayweather did was terrible...right after the apology hug...he clocks him and knocks him out...I know it's protect yourself at all times...but what the hell happened to sportsmanship...damn.

I'm blaming both fighters...Ortiz for launching headbutts...and Mayweather for clocking him after an apology hug.

I thought Ortiz was coming on. I don't know why he thought he needed to do the headbutt. It reminded me of Golota/Bowe, just a stupid move. Floyd is definitely slowing down...you can't be prime forever...all the greats...except for Rocky Marciano...have eventually lost.

There's also talks of Mayweather going up to middleweight and fight the undisputed middleweight champion...Argentina's Sergio Martinez (fighter of the year in 2010, and current 2nd best p4p after Pacquiao)...that my friends...would be pure suicide for Mayweather...
