Up for auction is an original Mego Palitoy UK Space 1999 figure of Commander (Captain) Koenig (played in the series by Martin Landau) on the card. The bubble has been opened on the right side by the previous owner and Koenig can be removed. He is nearly dead mint! All 100% original and extremely clean. The card is in good shape with some age appropriate wear (there is also the former owners name written in pencil on the E in Space 1999). This is an extremely rare figure to find and part of a recent Mego Palitoy collection purchase. More Space 1999, Thunderbirds and more listed shortly. Thanks for looking and good luck!

A rare vintage Space 1999 Paul Morrow action figure made by Mego for Palitoy in 1976. The figure is in mint condition having never been removed from the packaging as shown in the photographs below. The card and bubble are in very good condition apart from a small price label tear to the top right hand corner as shown. The card is unpunched. A rare figure that would make a great addition to any vintage Gerry Anderson or Mego collection.

Vintage Mego Palitoy Space 1999 Captain Koenig Action Figure Boxed 1975




A vintage Mego action figure of Commander Koenig from Gerry Anderson's 1970's series Space 1999. The figure measures approximately 8 inches (20 cm) in height and is in excellent condition although his face has greyed with age as shown in the photographs below. He comes with his original clothing and belt, the comlink is a reproduction. The figure has been resealed to it's original packaging which is in good condition with some minor wear and creasing as shown. A rare action figure that would make a nice addition to any Gerry Anderson / Mego collection.
