Happy Birthday Demon! Here he is with his cake next to Paul Stanley and the two hired guns - Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer.

Hope I'm still physically active & productive at 62! The best thing about this picture is that it was taken yesterday in the recording studio. Looking forward to the new album and catching a show (or two, or three) on the 2012/2013 world tour.
The thing about hired guns, they're motivated to earn their salary
Won't be long, and there will be four hired guns...

Personally I think Paul has held up pretty good. How many guys can feel good about taking off their shirt at 62? Heck, how good do you feel in your mid-40's? :smiley1:

I'm sure his body and voice are still fine. I just can't get past his head. He always has been an underrated vocalist.

So true! His '78 solo album remains one of my favorite "KISS" records. I also loved his vocal performance in "Unplugged". Especially during the song "I still Love You".

I'm not sure I understand your concern with another man's face?

Also one of my all time favorites, an outstanding performance! His voice, unlike most in rock, has increasingly improved over the decades. What I find most amazing is that up until a couple of years ago, he was completely deaf in his right ear.

My wife was not a Kiss fan and only knows Gene Simmons from Family Jewels. She told me he looks like Muammar Ghaddfi with a face lift....but wasn't meant to be a joke.
You be the judge

Saw Paul Stanley play the llead in 'Phantom of the Opera' in Toronto a few too many years back...he was excellent. Really carried the vocals for the show.

I have to admit I only look at Thayer as a "hired gun" since Singer originally joined Kiss officially in 1991 , 20 years ago if you can believe that!
