Mego Museum Parental Permission Form

I'm not sure to whom I email the permission form on the Mego Museum so my child can also use the message board under my supervision. The form doesn't contain an address to mail it. And there isn't a fax number associated to go that route. Another option was to contact the Webmaster, but it's not clear whose role that is. I looked at the MM Leaders and was going to attempt to email it, but for the few leaders that have email besides PM there isn't a way to attach a file and I saved my permission-form scan as a .Pdf.

Please direct me as to whom I may email.

Nah,this is more like the school. We got stuff like recess,art class,shop,history. Not sure what would be math or English or Home Economics though.

Math = Auction Watch, and I'd say Home Ec = the patterns sections, or anytime Hec posts food pics
