I don't know quite how "modern" this would be considered, being that I'd guess the set was out 7 or 8 years ago, but I'll try it here anyway...

Anyway, years ago I bought a HOT WHEELS playset on closeout... It was for their post-apocalyptic "Road Warrior/Mad Max" looking cars they had out at the time...

Included in the set was a ruined Statue Of Liberty molded in kind of an aqua greenish color... I did have this set, but it was misplaced when moving, so I don't have it anymore...

Can any HOT WHEELS experts tell me the name of this set?

If anyone have a set to sell (I really only want the Statue Of Liberty), please
PM me...

Thank you.

I never followed the Hot Wheels playsets much, but I'm sure if nobody here can help, someone over at hotwheelscollectors.com could

I never knew there was a torch set... When I looked at eBay last night, I seen the head that Rich was talking about (which I think I am going to buy), but I didn't see any torch piece... Do you remember the name of that part so I can look for it when doing a search?

The torch is called "Magneto's Mutant Machine" and it has these stupid looking silver things at the top that can be removed... but for a POTA set up it works fine, since the statue is in a state of disrepair anyway and I use them as more of backdrop pieces with my medicom apes.

There's a bunch on ebay: here's one Item number: 200180198481

I have the entire Road Wars set, unopened in MINT, and I do mean the packages are in mint, condtion. I am waiting to for a reply from a collector on another site who was looking for the entire set. If I have not heard from him a day or two I would consider selling "liberty" by herself. Please let me know if you are still interested.
