This will be interesting to see how it plays out. Hopefully, the royalty agreement is very straight forward and will probably come down to whether or not his royalty % is based on gross sales or net sales (after expenses). If net sales as it seems that WB claims; he will spend millions on this lawsuit. With a company that big, it is nearly impossible to figure out how they allocated expenses toward merchandising (especially since most companies don't keep records going back that far). His best bet is to use previous suits (such as the Happy Days lawsuit) to help with it. Hope he gets what is due to him if anything.
