Terminator...not sci-fi as its a paradox that doesn't exist
Forbidden Planet...not sci-fi as its just a rehash of The Tempest
Brazil...not sci-fi as its seeting just provides interest
Predator ...not sci-fi as its a hunting film
The Thing...not sci-fi as its a rehash stalker/slasher movie
Dune...not sci-fi see Brazil
War of the Worlds...not sci-fi a war movie
The Andromeda Strain...not sci-fi a medical drama
Akira...not sci-fi but a biker movie with irrelevant mutation
Tron...not sci-fi but a video game
Alien Nation...not sci-fi but a film about immigrants
Starship Troopers....not sci-fi a war movie
Soylent green... not sci-fi but canabolism
Mad Max...not sci-fi a revenge movie
