I've been thinking of getting a large print movie poster for the wall above my stairs, well it got me thinking what would be in my:

go with a subway poster ..they are thin but cool. I have the vintage star wars ones and they are incredible.

That Vertigo poster is just fantastic!!

One of my all-time favorite posters is the War of the Worlds Style B poster that shows the ships. The half sheet sold last year for $39,435.00, I don't do reprints so it's definitely not going to be on my wall. In case anyone is interested, there are 2 Planet of the Apes posters on Heritage's Movie Poster auction site. The two movies are "Conquest" and "Escape", the auction ends Sunday night.

Thanks for the thread, I have a couple window cards that are originals and in really nice shape. I have The Alligator People and Black Sunday. Window cards are a great size for collecting, unless you have tons of room.

Universal Monster Movies...yeah they had the best posters but I don't want to make it so my kids are to scared to go up stairs to bed.:terror:

Have you seen the "lobby card " version of Forbidden Planet....is much better
