I have a Wild Ones Adventure crew figure, the hang glider one, that came with a black plastic ballcap.They are 6 inch scale but I just tried it on a Superman and it fits fine.Its not a hard stiff plastic ,looks pretty realalistic.The figures were pretty cheap got them last year at TJ Maxx.Might find them on EBAY.
