Amazon doesn't have the books yet. My publisher has had his staff working over this holiday weekend to prepare the Amazon delivery.

Here's the good news: It appears Amazon will have their books — and start shipping — on Wednesday December 5th.

Some of you will have the book by the end of that week, most will get it the following week, and for those of you who are furthest away (Meule, for example)… well sadly, that's anyone's guess.

Don't be angry with Amazon guys. Suck as they might, this is not their fault. If you want to blame someone, blame the Hong Kong shipping trade!

Actually, I blame you. If you had started working on this book a little earlier and wrote a little faster we all would've had it by now. :silly:
