I'd hunt parts lots on eBay. . . .but sometimes folks have spares around here. Never know 'til you ask.

they are REALLY hard to find because if they are separated from the gigure they are probably broken and most likely lost for good.

you might want to look for a second isis that might have other things wrong and make one doll from 2.

bfeore I upgraded my Isis, the old one wore shoes i found at walmart in a generig doll outfit set. they wer more like the ones worn in teh show than the mego ones -my supergirl was alos fitted with perfect shoes from that set. $2.99
this is also a part not repro'd as of yet.

Finding loose/isolated original Isis boots could be a real challenge. Mainly because to the untrained eye they are not easily attributable to any well known pop culture character (as opposed to, say, Superman or Batman boots). Such that a layperson who happens upon a box of misc toys would be clueless to their origin.

Really, only someone knowing Megos would be able to id them. Bryan's advice is probably the cheapest, but most time consuming (scanning ebay misc toy lots). An alternate of this is to search for "sandal" or "boot" in the description. Otherwise Brues idea of waiting for something like a naked one with boots is also a good option.

Someone must make repros, no?

This is one figure you'd be better off buying it complete in good shape. Unless you get very lucky but in the 15+ years I've collected I've never come across a set of Isis sandals loose but you could get lucky. I'm sure it does happen.
