For some reason I am on a roll doing Mego customs in the fashion of 8" Star Wars figures. I will eventually get sick of it but right now I am going Star Wars crazy!
The body was some child like figure (not Lil Rascals stuff) found in a toy bin. The feet and hands along with the paint is my sculptures.
The suit and robe I created along with the light-saber

ANYONE HAVE A R2D2 in size that I can use that doesn't look like a X-mas tree ornament? Making R2D2 is not really a custom. Maybe I'll roll some clay up and sculpt it. I dunno.

UPDATE

Today I was playing around with synthetic hair and I was able to give Yoda the hair treatment that I was not sure would look right.
In the movies he does have fine white hair.

Now Yoda is the President for the Hair Club for men. :smiley1:

I got one body left if you or anybody wants it. There were two of them my daughter found in the bin. Of course, the other one won't have the hands and feet. :grin:

Ha Ha. It does look like that. :smiley1:

But I went to a craft store and bought a bag of these wooden sticks for crafts or whatever they are used for. I put a handle on it and instant lightsaber. I did the same for Darth Vader.
I actually used a metallic green paint for it but I am looking at some florescent colors. The Light sabers need to stick out indeed.

Thank you for your offer to tool him up btw. I never did say thank you. As much as I wanted you to do it, a part of me would have not felt like he was my custom.
You're a pretty cool dude and I'd love to see your stuff also. I'll look around.

Shoot! I never order or bid on anything overseas. My company has a lot of trouble with that but I'll look around for another one. Thanks for the tip. They say these things are about 10CM which is about 3.9 something inches....almost 4.0....so that makes it about half the size of an 8 inch Mego. Not bad.
