Pez Batman Display

Rare display featuring rubber headed dispensers. The sculpts appear to be the same as their Mego counterparts. Is the fact that they share sculpts well known?

I've known for years about the sculpts as I have the Penguin and Batgirl Pez. I'd love to get the others but they are quite pricey.

I remember those displays like it was yesterday.

I've tried in vein to get pez collectors to share photos of these for the museum, haven't had any luck though.

I have a pez book that has a letter in from someone at pez to the factory overseas where they talk about sending the mego dolls over for prototypes. I'd love to have the soft heads heroes.

I would think this is one of those rare cases where the full display is worth more then the sum of it's parts. That's just my opinion though. I doubt I would buy any one of them on it's own, but the impressiveness of the full display got my attention. I would have made it a run for it if I had the bucks.

Not really surprised by the price. Loose versions will run you anywhere from $125 to $150 each. Box alone is about $100+.
