Super 8 reception table?

Just a thought, and possibly a useless one, but I was thinking about setting something up in the hotel lobby for all who arrive Thursday. I know a lot of you now, but newcomers may not know where to go or who to start talking to. With the amount of thursday peeps, it may not even be needed and we've certainly done without this before, but it seems like there will be a bunch of new Meet people this time around.

Or just hit the lobby sometime around 530 and look for a bunch of 40-something hungry dudes.

Hey,
Trust me, it is not hard to find us.
People start showing up as early as 3 pm, and most people will mingle and help unload others into their rooms. Around 5 to 6 we start making the plans to cross the street for dinner. Not really necessary for a table - we take over the entire lobby, trust me.
