I'm in. Looking forward to it. And I will be bringing some free goodies for everyone! What's the schedule, by the way. Does anything happen Friday during the day or does it start in the evening? And what does the "main event" on Saturday consist of?

^ Friday we typically gather at the museum during the day to set up our tables and just hang out (and to start wheeling and dealing). We'll actually order pizza Friday night for supper and they will kick us out at 10pm.
Saturday is the main show and the sessions that are scheduled. Also, the custom contest by CAW and the custom auction. Also, dinner at Undos after we pack up.

I'm in. Not too bad this year. Roundtrip plane with no stops, car, and registration for under $300. Good thing since I've been unemployed for nearly a year. Looking forward to getting away.

In and in.
I'll have a table of my custom crap and a table for a buddy.
Undo's is the freakin bomb, folks. Absolutely without question the best chicken alfredo you can put into your mouth. You just have to wait 30 minutes for it to cool down. Just ask Art about that one...

I got two tables but all I am bringing is what will fit in my suitcase,
but considering that the clothing needs for the weekend is a clean
t-shirt, socks, and boxers for each day and a shaving kit - that
leaves a good amount of room for bags of China parts.
I will not be bringing my silver suitcase of hand made items nor
bodies, or the bin of heads....well maybe some of the heads.
And at least some samples of the new bodies - but that's all!

I got two tables too . . . . Wonder if I have enough junk to fill them up. I'm molding and casting as fast as I can ! And I made a ruthless inventory of the attic collection.
uh i'm not REALLY going to come home with more junk than i left right? :kick:

I am hoping there will be a small square of table space available somewhere in the room as I have some giveaways. I will have more than enough for everybody to get one, but I need someplace to put them so everyone gets to pick one up. I will also have some special extras that can be used for door prizes or raffles (money going to the museum) if you do that sort of thing. Also, I could help if anyone needs help setting stuff up. What time does everyone normally start to setup? I will be rolling in on the Harley on Thursday and can get there whatever time anyone needs help.

We usually start congregating in the hotel lobby around 3pm. We head to Hoss's around 6 or so. Back in the Suite by roughly 8pm. We don't set up at the Krugar Museum until Friday morning.

Hi. Sorry if this is posted somewhere else but do you have to register to attend the Saturday show or can you pay admission at the door? I'm just a collector (somewhat new) and don't need a table or anything like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe

You can pay at the door on Saturday if you need to. Hope to see you there Joe.

Thank you for the info ScottA. I plan on being there now. I could've sent payment I guess but its just easier for me to pay at the door. I live in central PA so it'll be a simple one day excursion for me. Look for me, I'll be the guy no one recognizes. :smiley1:

Dealers who've paid up front can start to show up Friday morning to set-up. We typically start getting there areound 9-10am. If you've got toys with you we'll pretty much know. The set-up is through the side entrance. You'll see the rest of us anyway. Plus, around noon or so we'll have id cards from Chris all registered attendees.

Contact Chris. There's no additional money needed, she just needs a name tag. It's not like we don't know who you both are.

I did notice while at Paypal, the item being purchased was for 2010, not 2011 lol
