I love pictures like this, the proud couple, elegantly dressed in their modern kitchen which looks almost exactly like the one I tore out of my house eight years ago. The irony is not lost BTW, I know what I think is cool will look like trash to somebody in diapers currently.

Nah, too young and skinny.

That kitchen is barf worthy, and I grew up in public housing, with the same generic kitchen setup as everyone else, until they put new stuff in.

And even then, it was crap.

Love that kitchen! Those doors are hard to build with the raised trim like that. And expensive too. Even for the 70's. These are still built today and still expensive. I used to work in a cabinet shop.

I agree. To be honest, I wish avacado and brown were still color choices for appliances.

They seem to be genuinely afraid to move- looks like a scene from Poltergiest as if it had been made in 1975.
