View Full Version : Back from WonderCon...whew am I tired!

Hi all,
It's been a fun, but exhausting day. Took lotsa pics (will post later w/ Jessica's help), bought lotsa stuff, and walked the room twice. It was PACKED!!! Got 2 autographs, Lee Meriwether, (she remembered me!), and Richard Hatch, (he did too!). Jess was in her glory in full ape regalia, and met 3 more apes that she knew. They posed for LOTS of photos. I saw Scott there as well, we chatted a bit. But now I'm just gonna sack out!

Nice to run into you, Sharry. I'm bummmmed I missed Jess in her glory, how could I trudge around that darned floor so many times and not see a pack of Apes??
Lots of Venture Bros cosplay at this one. Dr Girlfriend is a big deal....
Wonder Con is nice, it's more about the books and artists, so much more manageable than Comic-Con. I went to the Bill Scienkiewicz talk and it was great hearing from one of my artistic heroes. After that I just caught up with friends in the animation biz and chatted up a bunch of different artists in the alley for inspiration.

Aw Scott..I'm really sorry I missed seeing you today. I'm really super tired. Like I told Sharry, I'm going to bed happy because I was not the only ape in town! Yay! Good night guys.

OMG it was so crowded...but my friend Jeff said that it was not as bad as Comicon. My God the funk of humanity...I can't find words to describe it.
