I hope nobody minds me mentioning this - it's just that I'm pretty stoked!

My friends at Capybara Games just released their new game "Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP" for the ipad and it's pretty incredible.

The game was a collaboration between Capy, Superbrothers Inc. and the musician Jim Guthrie.

That looks interesting. I reckon the market for IPad games is going to be huge.

There's an iphone version of the game coming soon too!

I'll post again when they finish with all the itunes red tape or whatever is keeping them. I think they were hoping it would be out in another 2 weeks.

They really put a lot of creative effort, time and energy into it. So far I think it's paying off. It's pretty popular and it's gotten a lot of "buzz" - the reviews have been incredible. The art won a big indie game award. The musician is putting out a limited edition vinyl. It's just a cool creative project made by really great people, so I like cheering them on!

Capy Games are the same guys that made "Critter Crunch" if you know that game. That's also really fun. Especially the PS3 version.

The iphone version of this just got released and should be available in North America now.

I'm really hoping this does well for my buddies - it's a really creative and fun game.
