So as I mentioned in the other hotel thread...
I made reservations in early Feb.
I called back a couple weeks ago because I discovered my conf number did not work ontheir website.
They issued me a new conf number, this time under my name, not Chris'.
I checked their site this morning and guess what...my new conf number doesn't work either.
Can someone run their conf number at their website for me to see if it works?

I just checked my reservation online and by phone. It's still there, but I did not get a room from Chris' block of room. I got my own suite.

I broke down and called em...they have me.
Dunno why the nubmer doesnt check out online though.
Better safe than sorry...8 hour drive ya know lol

This seems to happen every year. Not sure why it is so difficult for some of the employees to get a reservation correct. In the end they seem to always come thru.
