    The ANTI-Mego

We all post our wishlists and subjects we would like to see or customized. But I dont think its ever been asked. What person or subject matter doesnt deserve to be Mego-ized.

Top of my list would be Menudo.... Oh wait..
Check out my picture library of Mego-ish compatible vehicles with ID data.

I'm not hating but I never quite understood the appeal of the Walton's.

As far as menudo goes... I've actually gotten hooked on the fella's VINTAGE MENUDO POSEABLE DOLL ROY IN BOX - eBay (item 130491253374 end time Feb-28-11 19:35:44 PST)

They amuse me. 3 down 2 to go!

          Big Time Rush!
          I cannot stand this band!
They are so popular on Nick or whatever that toys are probably a forgone conclusion.
          Ugh.

Ya'know there's actually quite a few Mego's that I never really got. Happy Days? Waltons? I don't get. Dukes of Hazzard...kinda. Action figures. What action do Happy Days fit into? Don't get it. Chips I liked. Wizard of OZ? I didn't have a lot of those as a kid and i don't think I would have wanted to play..."Walton's Mountain" or "Dorothy and the Tinman dance around". I'm just saying. They make good collector's items, I guess, my play value. I don't know.

Mina is the world's first Paranormal Petsitter in the new middle-grade book series by Gary Buettner, MONSTER PETS, coming in FALL 2014 from EMBY KIDS. Spooky adventure that's perfect reading for kids 8-12

Look at it this way, without Waltons and Happy Days, you'd have to use decent figures for customs.

I can see the attraction for girls for a lot of the lines I don't really get excited about.

I know the story is "Plastics were expensive" but I really cant see any kid being into OUR GANG. Kids dont want to pretend theyre other kids! And adults don't either ( I kinda hope) .

Paris Hilton, with Vacuum Head action. Like the SMDM, you could look through a hole in her head and see absolutely...nothing inside...

Lindsey Lohan, with Falling Down Drunk action. Push a button in her back, and she'd puke Green Slime...
