are these bootlegs?

Saw this auction. I know most of them are the newer style of GiJoe figure design, I still question quite a number in the picture shown (like the old style snake eyes). Are any of these guys bootlegs?

I don't think so - but I like how he's convienently saying (hiding) that you don't get everything in the picture. You only get 30 of them. There are probably 75 or 80 figures in that picture.

Nope, they sure arent bootlegs. Most (if not all..) of them are from 'Valor vs. Venom' or similar lines from a few years back. They are a little 'chunkier' than the 80s Joes. The seller probably either works for a toy factory or has connections to one. Often you will see stuff like this..especially recently...as 'production samples' seem to be coming up missing quite a bit.
(The Masters of the Universe Classics line is rife with this...half-painted prototypes being smuggled out, whole pallets of figures coming up missing, etc..)
