Good lord! Glad to see you are still with us. I would veiw this as a wake up call and start to make some life style changes. If you smoke or drink, stop, NOW. Research and talk to your Doctor to find out exactly what sort of diet and exercise progam you should follow to strengthen your heart.

wow bro.
As mentioned; make some life changes.
I don't smoke, socially/occassionally have a drink or two.
But, I love pizza. I love burgers. I'd eat pizza three times a week minimum.
About six weeks ago; I had an attack. Test after test, scan after scan, showed I had no blockages anywhere. But, my bad cholesterol was 30 points higher than it should be. Also, failed my stress test. Under stress, the electrical part of my heart's left side shuts off; causing irregular rhythm.
I spent four days in ICU.
I have changed my diet 100%.
No pop. period.
I have had just two slices of papa Johns pizza in six weeks.;-)
No burgers.
I snack all day. Cheerios, granola bars, fruit, etc...
The snacking makes my body feel like metabolismm is way up.
The snacking results in much smaller meals.
I only drink water and my daily cup of coffee in the morning.
I eat lots of chicken and pork...have had an occassional ribeye.
I haven't even had french fries for goodness sake.
In six weeks, I have lost 16lbs....and I haven't really "excercised"...just diet change.
I can tell a big difference.
Good luck bro

If I still lived in the states I would get chelation done every month. It cleans out all the arteries. I would buy a kangan water machine and only drink that.
BUT I am broke living in Mexico! Shoot....

Wow! I regret to hear that. Talk about a wake up call. You are a great guy and I am glad that you are still around to pass this message along.
This reminds me that I really need to look at changing my diet for the better. I have been splurging too much on burgers and steaks as well as other stuff. Things a lot of us like to take for granted. At least I do not smoke or drink so that helps a little. Always room for improvement though.
Take care man and continue to get well. Thoughts and prayers are always with you and your family.

I have chronic kidney disease...and chelation can cause me kidney failure (renal tubular necrosis)...sorry...but I don't want that stuff near me.

...giving up pizza and KFC will be very hard
After my doctor rode me for ages, I quit smoking and got my diabetes and blood pressure under control (with medication), but the diet change is the killer for me. It's tough, brother, but it has to be done. Good to see you back on.
