Dollar Store Find: Space Police Wolverine.

So found two of these guys for a buck fitty apiece at a random dollar store. The body is clearly an 8" Power Ranger.

Swivel biceps and thighs, hinged fingers. The whole deal. But painted like wolverine.

The thing that makes it Mego like for me is the crappy flesh paint job on the Woverine Pez Head it's got. It's really reminiscent of the Batman head to me.

It wasn't a chain one - just a local one in San Jose. Can't remember the street - if I find it again I'll repost. Somewhere south of Bascom and 280 on a cross street. I was turning around in the strip mall parking lot and spotted the store.

Found the issue. It's from December of 2000. Cyclops is on the Blue Power Ranger's body. You can tell they were trying to make it look like his X-Men uniform but it looks more like he's with S.H.I.E.L.D. And the quote Toyfare has with the picture is of course classic. "Screw eye-beams,I've got a sword!"
