Brian and I will be talking with Jason Lenzi for the podcast at 1pm EST today. Feel free to post your questions here. We won't be able to answer them all, but we'll try to fit them in. You'll probably think of something we missed.
Thanks!

Why the molded on shoes on so many of the figures? Is it cheaper to tool a foot than an actual shoe? I wish they'd opt for more removable shoes than they do.

Had the Flash Gordon license produced stronger sales, were there any plans to make more of the characters in the 8 inch format? Also did the factory manufacturing the eight inch figures become part of the problem in getting these out? It seems like many companies have recently had big problems getting factories to produce product in a timely fashion. I myself have enjoyed what BBP has put out and am hoping for more 8 inch lines. Great work guys!

With the Twilight Zone we're seeing 10 figures released/announced so far...Since it's been recently stated that a license like Lost, which is yielding 12 figures total, is expiring soon...
Can you speculate on how many additional TZ figures there might be or how much longer BBP has the license?

Will We See Venture Bro Figures Past Wave 5 ?
If So ..... Any Chance of a Shore Leave ( In Sphinx Attire / Sarg. Hatred 2 Pack for Wave 6 or 7 ?.
Any Chance of a Dr. Mrs. GirlFriend Monarch Variant ? If so ..., Would Her Boobs Be Tackled witha Different Torso ?
I'm Having Trouble understanding How a Vultan figure would not have been popular in The 8inch Mego Scale Cloth Form. Would Costs for him, have been too high ? He was also Never made in the 6inch scale. Was His Likeness just not avalible ? He just seems to be the Stand out character BifBangPow Avoided ...., and for me, I would have purchased him in all Scales, ... and even a Bobble Head.
When a Character is Selected to Produce, ... How long does it take Before a ProtoType is Made and Seen ?
Any Super Heroes around the Corner ?

I really dislike the Molded Shoes ..., When I saw them, ... and they come off way too small imo.

On the Lost figures, how was it determined which characters would be made and how they'd be paired up? Is that an ABC thing? The curious choice of Claire prompts this question...For a line of action figures, a pregnant woman would not necessarily be most people's first choice...over someone like a Desmond or a Charlie who actually had much more backstory and screen time over-all. If anything I would have thought that Crazy Squirrel-Baby Claire would have made more sense paired with Miles and also could have come with a cool accessory, albeit a creepy one.

Have you thought about a resealable clamshell for the carded figures? Is it a cost issue or an aesthetic one? These figures are really cool and detailed and it's a shame you can't have your cake and eat it too by opening them and still keeping them carded...

Me too. :yeah: I try to live by the creed "splurge on what you truly care about, and mercilessly cut costs on the stuff you don't care about."

Flash Question -- did actors of filmmakers have any input in those figures. Which were great!
Twilight Zone -- any chance for Shatner figure? What were special challenges of making black and white dolls.
And in general, they are doing a great job.
Keep it up.

Thanks everybody! Got some of that addressed in a long and wide ranging 2 part interview. Part 1 will be up in a couple of days.
If someone has suggestions for a inexpensive and painless way to make transcripts of these podcasts I'm all ears.

You worked on the TV show "Let's Bowl". What are the odds that BBP will produce a Wally Hotvedt action figure? The world needs that!

Have classic window boxes ever be considered in place of bubbles and cards or is there an advantage to the bubble and card format?
