It's probably coming from the top down. Warners doesn't think that two versions of the same character can exist at the same time. So since Batman is on Young Justice, no B&B till they run through the initial batch of YJ .

I hope I'm wrong, but the above wouldn't surprise me.

Yeah CN sucks! I'm conducting my own personal boycott of Young Justice until I get me some more new B&B episodes....
