just goes to show they are so beyond having no new ideas all they can do is make a story around putting him in a new crappy looking costume so they can turn around in a year and re-introduce the classic red and blue

If you're gonna take Spidey down, it should be him sacrificing his own life to save Aunt May. Too bad the burglar was killed back in issue 200. That would take things full circle in a way.
