It's like seeing the hideous clothing pictures in catalogs of the past, only now it's food. It's incredible how in the aim to market food and drinks in new and different ways, they come up with things you'd have to be deranged to try (like basting Ham with 7-UP)

Back in the 70's Mc Donalds offered a Shamrock milkshake. That was very regrettable.

I love the whole Lileks site. The entire Institute of Official Cheer is incredible. As for the Gallery of Regrettable Food - I've been tempted more than once to grab the book.

"More Fun with Coffee" was awesome! They had coffee Jello, that's just scary! :yeah:
