Emblems like Mego Mr Fantastic and Invisible Girl

How do I go about making emblems similar to the Mego FF figures?

I want to make some variant suits for the FF and would like to come close to the style Mego used.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated

Batmanguy Has a Sticker sheet ..., thats pretty damn close, probably not close enough, however better than anything I've ever seen, he also has different sizes, and red FF Emblems too.

what I'm looking for is that "puffy" feel to them. Also, like in Thor's 6 circles. Is that what Batmanguy's sticker sheet is like?
