I have one also...very cool! And like the auction says it's the only Sesame Street toy released by Palisades before they went belly up....too bad, I was looking forward to this line.

That is just too cute! I've always loved the blue furry guy! If I read a Sesame Street book to pre-schoolers, I always have to do Grover's voice!

I read that one to my kid quite often, in Grover's voice of course. And then...there's the sequel, with Elmo! Going back and forth between those voices will drive you a wee bit nuts!

Oh I love that one! "YOU TURNED ANOTHER PAGE!" That book always requires at least 3 Dixie cups of water. (Gotta keep my throat moist!)

somebody here on the boards picked me up one of those at Comic Con a few years ago. It's awesome. I think the box art is by Alex Ross.

I have to mention that it bothers me even seeing that figure as it reminds of the
SESAME STREET line that got cancelled---I would have collected the WHOLE line if it
woulda been made (and it would've prompted me to get key MUPPET figures too)

The line looked awesome. If I remember correctly each figure was going to come with a part of Sesame st so you would end up with a whole diarama.
Too bad no bought the rights and molds to make the line.

Had to have done something right to have come in at #21 for Toyfare's 100 Greatest Toys of the Decade back in issue 122.
