The blue mask is from a GI Joe Adventure Team set called "Sonic Rock Blaster" from about 1972. It was a carded accessory set that came with the mask and a sort of "sonic blaster gun" mounted on a tripod.

The cap is not vintage GI Joe. Someone said it was to a Mego 12 inch figure earlier in this thread.

I'm almost positive that hat is from the early 70's.
It was never repainted or altered.
Maybe it's action man? I've seen several of those caps and they look similar.
I'm not trying to be argumentative, just looking to get to the bottom of this
obviously it was a long time ago, but I remember having that cap when I was very young. Definitely before the 12" figures were released.

I don't know the origin of the hat, but I agree that it does not look exactly like the Mego Steve Trevor hat. Steve Trevor's hat is a solid dark brown color. The hat in question is a much lighter color. Maybe it's a late '60s GI Joe Knock-off.
