unidentified vintage foreign mego type guys

Picked up a few strange figures recently from a world traveler sort of fellow who could not remember if they were Mexican/South American or Eastern European. Anybody have any idea who made these? I am pretty sure that the plain white boxes with cellophane are the original packaging.

Those are Mexican bootlegs, no known manufacturer but quite collectible round these parts.

I saw a brown version of the Keeper on ebay once.

Those boxes are what they seemed to be sold in.

I think it went for $125 or so, it wasn't boxed. This was like eight years ago.

They're freaking fantastic. Never seen the Gorn or Keeper before, but have seen the Spidey maybe once or twice.
