    CTVT questions

Their website shows some figures as Type-1.

They are all type-2, no ?

Nobody makes repros of type-1 figures, right ?

Also: I am thinking about getting the superior Doc Mego bodies at $7.00 per and swaping them out. Are the white lower legs (Space: 1999) compatable with Doc’s bodies, or am I going to have to get white lower legs from the Doc at an additional $10.00 a pair ?

CTVT bodies are T2, I don't know of anyone reproducing T1 bodies.
    Don't know about compatability tho

They used Megos for their promo material. As a result, some are Type ones in the pictures.

I'm not sure about CTVT/Doc Mego compatibility either...I always considered such a thing sacriligous.

CTVT lower legs can be made to fit Doc Mego legs. Same pin structure.

          OK

          so my choices are:

#1 leave the CTVT figures as is. They look great and display perfectly (with everyone snapped at attention). And apparently, it is sacreligious to change them

          #2 restring the CTVT figures

#3 get a bunch of Doc Mego bodies and swap out the too tight limbs and torsos.

oh what to do what to do ........

ctvt legs fit perfectly on vintage mego bodies I would expect they would fit on doc's bodies too

Of course the best option is to by the original palitoy figures, then you have something REALLY cool.

                mmmmmmmmmm

or just buy lots of the loose $5 figures and customise to your hearts desire, being carefull to get your full order from ctvt, and not get ignored and short changed when they get it wrong
