I loved my Nerf Mobiles! They may not have made the fabulous noise of a Barbie Corvette when crashing out of a third story playroom window, but they remained intact for numerous trips out window.
The nerf football was strongly in my top 10 toys of all toime. You could get your hand around it, throw it a mile (or at least it felt like a mile) AND you could could catch it with one hand. Add the the ability to take it into a pool and I'm not sure you could make this thing much better. I still have a small one we can throw around the office
Nerf was definitely a big part of growing up as a kid. Pick up football games with the nerf football, good memories. Also really like Nerfman, the one toy you could throw in the house without worrying about breaking anything.
Man, all I ever had were 2 no frills Nerf balls, 1 orange and 1 blue. But I did enjoy not hearing "Don't play ball inside" from my mom!
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
Now Nerf is all about shooting each other!!! Yeah!
It is kind of odd how Nerf has been rebranded in such a way. Do they even make Nerf footballs anymore?
I had the Nerf boomerang. Never could really get it to work. My dad got it off the roof about 10 times, and on the 11th time he swore he wasn't going to get it down again. And he didn't. When it finally sailed down the next year, it was so sun-dried it crumbled into dust in my hand!
Wanted to bump this up.
Q1: What is the longevity of nerf material?
Q2:What is the best way to keep the material from decaying?
Q3: What is the value of a Nerfman on card, complete with no tears just superficial dirt?
