What is it?

Does anyone know what this is exactly? A White Skull with red eyes that light up...uses 2 D batteries...It is marked on the underside with Mego - 1975. It had a pair for what looked like tweezers that when touching the inside metal parts it would cause the skull's eyes to light up. Thanks in advance.
