the gun is captain action for the Cappy America set.
the white belt should oughta go with the marine dress top for Joe.

Yep. Unfortunately with the barrel broken off, you see that a lot with these.

Blue Jumpsuit is from GI Joe Aeriel Recon set (see it in the box here).
Tan web belt looks to be knock off, normally GI Joe belts didn't have the stitching like that, but you never know. Other blue tunic is Dress Marine knock off as already stated.
