I couldn't do any better, I know that... That said, I agree with Azrak regarding the full shot of Caesar: You might be better off using the coloring book cover drawing for him too... That way there'd be a look of cohesiveness to it all...
I love it, but I think Caesar's head is too detailed in the full shot. Is it his specific card, and you were trying to make him stand out? I think if you softened that one part a little it would be perfect.

I think it's perfect as is. I love the detail on Ceasar. Very Mego-ish.
