How many different toylines do you collect?

I like just about everything, which sucks. I usually buy MOC or MIB in really poor condition packaging just so I can be the first one to open whatever it is.

The lines I'm currently collecting are:

    Retro Action Heroes
    Twilight Zone Retro
    BBP Flash Gordon
    1990 Kenner Swamp Thing
    Super Powers
    Secret Wars
    NECA Tron
    Sectaurs
    Bravestarr
    Blackstar
    1979 Mattel Flash Gordon
    WGSH 8"
    MOTU vintage
    MOTU Classics
    Kenner SMDM
    Transformers G1 reissues
    Transformers Masterpiece
    Colorforms MIB
    Board Games MIB
    View Master sets
    Coloring books
    Toon Tumblers
    G.I. Joe Sideshow 12"
    Defenders of the Earth

    I think that's everything...

yikes, that's a lot to collect
I collect Mego WGSH, Trek and Apes, and occasionally if I see a really good deal will pick up boxed or carded versions of some of the other lines like Oz, Starskey and Hutch, Flash Gordon, Dukes etc.....
Vintage GI Joe AT and some of the reissues
    Captain Action
    BPP Lost
    Mattel Retro Action
    .
and I occasionally might pick up something else that catches my eye

      Hmmmm....

Not too many. Since I started customizing, I prefer 8" versions of characters, and can make any character I really need. I would like to finish my UFO Commander Seven set (I plan to make 8" ones.) I pick up most of the MEgo/Mego-esque figures though. (Must. Have. Brick....)

I HAVE been fighting the urge to set up a Space Lego set....

Jeez. That would take me a week. I've got everything from Captain Action to Big Jims, Megos, LJN, AHI, Remco, Signature Series, Retro Action, Hot Toys, Sideshow, DC Direct 12 inchers, Johnny West lines, KONG '76 merchandise, GI Joe (AT era), Kenner SMDM. And let's not even get into the non-figure lines like Corgi diecast vehicles, Diener classic erasers, Groovie Goolies PVC figures, and on and on.

            Too many!

-Mego: WGSH (8" and 12"), Trek (8" and 12"), POTA, Flash Gordon, Black Hole, KISS, Moonraker, Buck Rogers, WOZ, Western, Mad Monsters, Starsky and Hutch

-12" Star Wars: vintage Kenner and Lili Ledy

-Ledy Superheroes and Cipsa POTA, plus other foreign figures, and odd knockoffs

-Mattel Shogun Warriors and Popy Jumbo Machinders (just have reissues of some of the latter so far)

            -Hasbro Super Joes

-Mattel Battlestar Galactica, Space 1999 and Charlies Angels

-Takara Henshin Cyborgs and Denys Fisher Cyborgs

            -Gilbert James Bond

-Universal Monsters: 9" Remco, 12" Sideshow, Kubricks, etc

            -1976 King Kong Mego stuff

-Popy, Yamakatsu and Bandai Godzilla and Gamera vinyls, plus other assorted Godzilla and super robot Japanese toys

and more....I'll probably never be able to compete any particular line because I'm spreading myself too thin, i.e. I collect too many lines and am not rich. On top of all these, I still want to start dabbling in a couple other lines like Captain Action and Big Jim. It's a sickness!

It's pretty small...I have the second version Bionic Grip figure MIB, the Bionic Crisis Game MISB, and a Bionic Bits cookie cup.

                I'm working on it though.

Uh...have you seen the pics of my toyroom? A better question would be what don't I collect (70s wise).

Actively right now just Mego, DCUC and Retros.

Once I get my toy room I want to expand on some things I have like Super Powers and SMDM and then get some items from my childhood (Marx Johnny West and GI Joe Copter).

Mego WGSH (including customs) is my only major focus, but I dabble in Star Wars (though that's more my wife and kids' thing), Smurfs, other PVCs, and random superhero toys, expecially bootlegs.

                          Well for me it's mainly
                          Megos
                          Adventure Team joes
                          Marx Best of the West
                          Super Powers

I want to pick up some figures and sets from
                          Big Jim
                          Lone Ranger
                          Remco Monsters, mostly 3 3/4"
                          Heroes in Action
                          Marx Ready Gang

I'll pick up most anything 70's action figure related and have several things from other lines mixed in here and there.
I don't do Star Wars anymore, back nearly 20 years ago when I first built a collection for a hobby is was strictly vintage Star Wars but it covered everything SW not just toys and it got pretty massive. That was back in the day before ebay or the internet and it was all hunting flea markets, antique malls and sitting by the phone calling in for Toy Fair magazine phone auctions, but it was alot of fun.
I also don't get into the 3 3/4" joes even though I had most everything that came out the first couple years. The first 2 years of the line were my last couple years of playing with toys.

Holy smokes! I collect too much stuff inadvertently to try and make a list of it all.

Of course my #1 All time favorite is Mego though and I am not just typing that because I am in the Mego Museum. I would state the same thing over at the Redline collectors club and other forums as well.

Just a off the top of my head type of list. No particular order other than Mego of course.

Mego (not really into boxes or all of the different foreign stuff though) Mainly mint carded and non carded. Mainly Star Trek and WGSH. I do have others as well.

NFL Action Team Mates (I just recently starting collecting these per say)

Hot Wheels Red lines, new/old carded/loose , play sets, tracks and pretty much whatever

                            Star Wars

                            Space 1999

                            Star Trek

                            Battlestar Galactica

                            Just to name a few.

Older 70's to 80's sport and non sport trading cards/wax packs/wax boxes, foil boxes. I just recently started collecting Baseball cards again in 2010.

To pretty much sum it all up in a nut shell I would be as bold as to say that pretty much anything 70's related and 80's stuff as well.

I am not a retro purest by any means. I also like in no particular order BBP, Zica, EMCE figures and some of the new Mattel retro figures.

Aside from that the new Star Wars vintage collection figures.

Custom figures that I really, really like. There is the "it looks great and you did a really nice job" although it does not mean I am going to buy it just because I can. If that were the case I would have more customs than actual Mego's in my collection.

I do not really collect, but have other stuff as well from buying lots of mixed lots.

GI Joe 70's and 80's and newer retro Joe's.

Almost a whole complete Playboy collection from the beginning up to the year 2000 or so (sure, I only looked at the articles ) I bought these from a guy/collector years ago who needed the money. That is usually the scenario when people come to me.

Team Jersey's Hockey, Football and Baseball

                            Lone Ranger 70's

                            Evil Knievel

                            various vintage gaming systems

                            Charlies Angel's

SMDM - I like this line I just never really bothered to actually go after it.

                            PEZ and KLIK dispensers

                            KISS

I know without a doubt that I left a lot of stuff off as I cannot even remember everything. My warehouse is full of stuff.

And as if all of that is not enough my gf collects....

                            Coca Cola memorabilia
                            Madame Alexander
                            Barbies
                            M&M's
                            Ashton Drake
                            Bradford Exchange
                            Hamilton Collection

We are by both means not completest at all. Some things we like better than others and would purchase over other things of lesser desire.

For instance Coke bottles. Just because it is Coke does not mean we have to have it. We have passed on many of them in the past because we already have a ton of them.

If it's Batman, I collect it.

With all of the DC Direct, Fisher Price, Mattel, Funko, and other misc. brands, it's a daunting (and expensive) task. Heck, Fisher Price has THREE lines going currently!
