Don't collect a lot of stuff other than Mego, but this is one. Centurions, a line Kenner did in the 80's. I'm about 5 or 6 accessories from being finished and I need two more figures for display purposes. Actually two of the accessories and one figure are enroute via a recent ebay purchase. Here's my collection.

They look like fun. I know absolutely nothing about this line. What year did it come out?Comment

I always liked Centurions. Nice collection you have there. So to be straight they made this many different figures with accessories?"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"

Centurians is a classic 80's line that honestly doesn't get enough attention. Some of the pieces can really present a challenge to find.

I have one of those figures, the green and orange/tan guy
That is a GREAT collection!!Comment

Neat!
Centurions were superawesomefantastic! REALLY solid toys, (you could seriously brain someone with Jake Rockwell) plenty of projectiles, and A DUDE WEARING A TANK!!!! The cartoon was pretty good too. Pity the second series of figures never came out.
Y'know.... Scott Metzger made 8" Mego customs of the Centurions with adpaters that actually fit the accessories. (He used JohnBoy for Jake.)

I had the air guy (Ace McCloud, I think?) and the main bad guy (Dr. Terror). The cartoon never aired in our area much. I liked the line, but my sights were more firmly set on Super Powers, GI Joe, Transformers and MASK at the time. I did like that the figures were almost Mego-sized. They were close enough for me that I did play with them with my remaining Megos in the mid-80s. I seem to remember thinking InHumanoids had similar characters at the same exact time.

Really neat collection! You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...Comment
