Play Dough?

Play-Doh is a good guess. I saw some show where they blindfolded adults and asked if they could identify the smell of Play Doh just by smell and somewhere between 80-90% of adults could identify it without a problem.

When I first read the question, my initial reaction was playdough too. But, I have to admit I love opening a box of new crayons too. I love that smell

I first thought of bubble gum but went with a more toy related guess
