What would it be? Now donīt come on here saying you would pay off your mortgage etc....This post is not about that. This is fantasy time.
If I had a million dollars and I had to JUST spend it on toys....
The Funko Wacky Wobblers line. Not exclusives because I donīt like exclusives, just the regular ones. I am sure I will have money left over so....
The entire Mattel Legends of wrestling line. Again, no exclusives...
The entire Marvel Universe 4 inch line.
Super Nintendo and all games, and Sega Genesis and all games from the past.
I think that would eat it all up.

That's a cool question, Amigo.
I'd start with the Megos I want but don't have (got a ways to go). Loose and clean have always been my favorite from any and all lines.
After that, I have some designs on an expanded 12" GI Joe collection, Gabrielle Lone Ranger, Marx Best of the West, Six Million Dollar Man, Star War figures and vehicles, Adventure People, classic vintage board games, Atari and Nintendo games (still have the consoles).
There is a current thread about the NFL Action Team Mates (that I never had) that makes me want those, as well.
Obviously, your parameters exclude comics, but if we can include lunch boxes, I have a bunch of the classic ones that I would like to add to my collection.
(Edited to add anything Evel Knievel. Holy Cow, I can't believe I forgot to name that.)

First and foremost it would have to be one each of every boxed and carded Superman, Batman and Robin Mego released...
Every Barbie I could get my hands (for my wife. leave me alone, I love her.)
And then ( I can't stop the Capitalist in me) I'd buy up tons of stock from EMCE, Castaway and CTVT to open a "Build-A-Figure" store.
And all of the Gabriel Lone Ranger toys.
Plus I'd commission Doc to help me do a run of a character's I've created, Odie the OGRE and Maxwell Marx...

I would raid Huckabones warehouse and clean him out of his Megos. Then I'd get Ricks' and Dans' carded collection and Toms' boxed collection. Then find any boxed or carded figures that didn't cover.
Then get the GAH figures.

I'd get all of the boxed and carded Mego toys I've wanted for years, complete series of stuff like ST:TMP, Buck Rogers, Flash Gordon, Micronauts, Black Hole, etc.
All the Star Wars vintage era toys, 1977-1984, boxed/carded
All of the 1970s G.I. JOE and Super Joe toys.
All of the 24" and die-cast SHOGUN WARRIOR toys, including foreign releases.
As many of the old 1970s/1980s Fisher Price Little People and Adventure People toys MIB/MOC, etc., that I could find.
I'd buy lots of old Barbie, Care Bears, Woodseys, Sylvanian families/Calico critters, etc. from the 1980s for my wife, so she could share in the fun too :)
All of the 1982-1984 RAH G.I. Joe toys.
Lastly I would pay to have some company create two adult-sized versions of the original Green Machine so that I could have races with friends!

Is one million enough for one of those replica 60s Batmobiles?
Because if it is...that's what I would buy...that big beautiful giant toy...

I was going to say I couldn't think of anything that would come close to making a dent in a mill.
But then I thought of...

Original King Kong Armature
If that counts as a toy, I might try to spend the whole wad on that.

I'd get a bunch of '80s toys I'd had as a kid. Star Wars, Super Powers, Ghostbusters, He-Man, G.I. Joe, the first waves of Ninja Turtles... but I'd concentrate on the first three. I'd have a complete loose, mint set of my favorite Megos (WGSH, Pirates, Robin Hood, Flash Gordon, Trek and Apes, Our Gang, Dukes of Hazzard, Wizard of Oz. Heck, if it's in 8" format and isn't the Waltons, I'd probably buy it). You could go pretty far with that kind of money if you're just into loose toys, like I am. A million would more than cover it.
Thinking seriously about it though... maybe I wouldn't go for the toys. Maybe I'd set up a workshop, buy some tools (resins, mold-making supplies, sewing machine, air brush), pay some members here to give me an accelerated master class in customizing figures, then I'd start making my own one-of-a-kind toys and playsets. That way, I could indulge in my love of toys, but be really creative with it, too. That would be the best.

I'd hire EMCE Toys to make me a Mego line of World's Greatest Boxers featuring all my favorite fighters: Duran, Holyfield, Frazier, Foreman, Holmes, Leonard, Hearns, etc.
All with removeable boxing gloves with taped hands underneath. Then I'd ask Toyroom to do the packaging for me, then I'd stay up all night and do boxing matches.

I'd be looking for carded & boxed Megos a plenty as well as lots of vintage Kenner Star Wars. Now if you consider full sized arcade machines toys (aren't they though?) I would build an arcade in my backyard. Something like this http://www.lunacityarcade.com/photos.htm but with some games from the late eighties and ealry ninties as well.
