OOPS, sorry. Auction ended, but I think body marked Mego.

You won that? Good job. It's a CIPSA Bill head. All the rest is MEGO. That lot was up a few months ago and the Foreign MEGO police busted GeneralDolls for listing them as ALL CIPSA .. . .

I'm looking hardcore beyond core for Cipsa Bill-- That caught my eye, but he ain't all Cipsa... I'll be in Mexico most of next month doing more Indiana Jones type stuff, so the search continues... LOL!

There is a harder to find Bill body that has the Mego "scrubbed" off and a CIPSA stamp over top of that. So Bill's body can have markings. However, if it is an intact Mego copyright stamp, it's not CIPSA.
