I still have my Pulsar that I got back then. I remember that commercial vividly.

I remember Pulsar very well too, although never owned one as a kid.

I remember when I found this at Rummage-O-Rama in WI and then took it to my before-school (grade-school) child care and one boy who was about 8 or 9 wanted to borrow it for his school science project on anatomy. I thought it was cool he liked it so much, but I didn't let him borrow it. :no:
