Any thoughts on AT&T U-verse?

Thinking of switching and reviews seem to be mixed. Does anyone here have this service (or had it) and can share their thoughts? Thanks!

I can tell you I worked Tier 2 Tech Support for this 2 weeks in Mesa, AZ. We had a crash course on learning the ins and outs. Not to mention listen in on actual calls.
One thing I learned, this service sucks. More so, the tech support. LOL. I'm very tech savvy and it was interesting hearing how logic and understanding of how the internet works goes right by some people(Field techs). Don't get me started on the boxes. A LOT of were surreptitiously recalled. LOL.
Glad I left and man, the mood at an ATT facility is so depressing and stressful.
Yup, not good things to be said about ATT. Then again, aren't all Telcos highway robbers?

I would never consider them for tv or internet. Cable is the only way to go for internet. Tv cable or sat.
