Very excited about this figure. Might be worth the ebay prices to get it. The packaging is pretty mind-blowing.

I've seen BILLIONS of packaged action figures and pretty much dismissed all
of their packaging...but THAT... that's a good looking package that actually
passes as "displayable" to me.

This will be up on Matty too, minus the suitcase accessory, but of course it will probably sell out in 2 seconds. Although the Wonder Twins didn't last year...

you can preorder everything on matty but its local pickup only in san diego and you have to have an sdcc badge

Things are different now.
Mattel has Created A BS Marketing Ploy with everything Exclusive, and on Their site as far as collector's trying to actually collect them, and scalper's buying everything , thus driving insaine 2ndary market value up . .... but most MOTU figures bounce back down to around 34 when the smoke clears.


I say the site crashes, and it sells out like you say.

CornerStorecomics.com is taking preorders on this item and other exclusives for about double the price you'd pay at the con, if anyone is interested. I've bought exclusives from them before and if you want to pay the price, you get the item. They don't charge you until they ship the item.

But Entertainment Earth is selling the mego-like Quentin Werewolf from the Dark Shadows line for less, but it doesn't ship until August.
