the figure is The Creeper from the slasher/monster movie Jeepers Creepers.

sean used my custom Calibos head. He re-tooled to remove the horns.
He figured out the closthes and all the stuff ..he painted the head and even did all the detail work.

Oh wow, I love that one (love the movies too)
I knew your teaser was the rim of a hat and part of a nose. The color made me think of Joker, but I'm more impressed seeing The Creeper
