Ghost PMs from the Beyond

I have a flashing mail icon and a message that states I have one unread PM with a total of 5 in my mailbox. I have one red incoming PM and one read outgoing PM in my mailbox. I cannot find anything else.

I had a simualr issue, but come to find out the unread msg was the PM I had sent out. For some reason it counts the messages in your sent box as well

Got Abs PM and it read 2 unread PMs. Read ABs PM and the count went back down to one unread PM. Opened the sent folder and opened the one PM I had sent. Count did not change. And it reads 6 PMs now. The one I sent and the two I received and read.

I just deleted everything. that seems to have fixed it for now.
