Does any one here know how to remove dried up and melted skin from arm
found a couple at a garage sale got them free all i need to do is clean them up please help

Well truth is its easy the "skin" is hard but any movement or pushing gently makes it fall off then just clean up the rest with window cleaner ....good luck :)
