Very cool! Haven't seen any of those since the '70s. Maybe they're catching on again.

Those are popular here in Seattle at the Science Center. They are all over the place. But cost $3 for one!! I recall paying a quarter for one back in 70's.
The cool ones are Butterfly, Dinosaur, Seattle Arches and Apollo Rocket.
My friend and I were thinking of buying one. The molds can be found online and they can custom make anyone you desire.
My favorite from back in the day were The Creature from the Black Lagoon, Frankenstein's Monster, King Kong, Mann's Chinese Theatre and the Griffith Observatory. Wish I still had those.

          LOVE those!

I was the one who brought them up the last time I was down in your neck of the woods. I went to the Seaquarium and was psyched to come across one of these machines. I didn't know they still existed. In fact, my childhood memory is from another Florida trip to Busch Gardens. I think it was called the Dark Continent back then.

Thanks. That's pretty cool of you, but I'll pass. For me, these are like the prizes that used to come in cereal boxes- not really that cool in and of themselves, but I love the whole experience of picking one up.

I think there might have been some people here who collected them.

T2C, Lowry Park Zoo and Gatorland have them, too. Pretty sure the Florida Aquarium does, too. I had the whole set from Brrokfield Zoo as a kid thanks to Grandma.

^^I know. Crazy. But it will pay for itself. At $3 a pop, it certainly will. There are always lines to buy them here in Seattle. Kids love them and the parents just dig them because of the nostalgia value.
Down side is they break down a lot and need maintenance.
This would be cool to have at Mego Meet. A souvenir.

Greenfield Village in Michigan has them all through the Henry Ford museum. The Model T one was broken when we were there, but I got a Oscar Meyer Weinermobile.
                            It's all good!
